Access and email problems
Start by checking the email address you used. An invitation sent to one address and a sign-in using another do not necessarily give access to the same activities.
Missing email or code
Check spam and other inbox folders. Wait for any displayed delay before requesting another message. Repeated requests may be limited; a missing message does not prove that your participation was refused.
Keep the verification page open when BenOui! asks you to. Use the message associated with your current request rather than an old code. A sending status shown to an organizer does not guarantee delivery to your inbox.
A link no longer works
A personal link may have been replaced or may no longer provide access to the activity. Recover access through BenOui! using the relevant email address, or ask the organizer to check your invitation. Do not give someone else your personal link to try on your behalf.
If BenOui! says someone else is already signed in, read the confirmation before switching accounts. On a shared device, make sure you continue with your own email address.
Password or passkey trouble
Use the recovery options offered by BenOui!. Available methods depend on your account and enabled options. Read Account and access and Security and devices before removing a passkey or ending your other sessions.
Asking for help
For an event-specific issue, contact its organizer through a channel you already know. To report a BenOui! problem, write to contact@benoui.com, describing what you expected, what happened and your browser. Never send passwords, verification codes or personal links.
