Account and access
To find your invitations and activities, use the email address you gave when you joined or registered.
Choose the right access
You can receive invitations or belong to a group without having created a password. BenOui! may ask you to verify your email address to find those activities. This lets you participate, but does not let you manage the event or group.
If you already have an account, sign in to it. Creating a new account may require an invitation or open registration. An invitation to attend an event is not an invitation to create an account or organize events.
Recover your access
Start with the sign-in or recovery option that matches your situation. Check your address before requesting an email. Then follow the instructions for your current request in the browser where you started it.
Verification codes and links are personal. Do not send them to an organizer or another person. If an email is delayed, check your spam folder and use the resend option when available. Repeated requests may require an additional wait.
For a forgotten password, use BenOui!’s password recovery option. A code that lets you find your activities does not necessarily replace authentication for your registered account.
Use your own account
On a shared device, check which account is signed in before opening your invitation. If it belongs to someone else, switch accounts or sign out, then continue with your own address. Signing in to another account will not open your invitations.
